LCI Law are delighted to announce that they have been joined by Ileana Loudarou as a consultant handling ship finance, corporate, and transactional matters in the firm’s Shipping Advisory and Corporate & Transactional practices.
Ileana has a broad practice in numerous areas of corporate law ranging from ship finance, aviation finance and capital markets to Marshall Islands corporate law, having acquired a wealth of experience in her previous positions for the last 13 years at an international law firm, a U.S. law firm, a Greek law firm and a Nasdaq-listed shipping company.
Ileana has an LLB from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (from which she graduated with honours) as well as an LL.M in Corporate law at the NYU School of law.
The expertise Ileana brings with her further buttresses the firm’s practice in ship finance, corporate, and transactional matters.
